Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy explains cancellations, digital returns, and refund eligibility for purchases made directly from Zodiaro.
Digital services and returns
Zodiaro provides digital access, reports, calculations, and membership features. No physical goods are shipped, so there is no physical return process. Access is normally delivered to the purchasing account after the payment provider confirms payment.
When a refund is available
A full or proportionate refund may be approved for a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, an unauthorized transaction confirmed through the payment review process, or a paid service that Zodiaro fails to deliver and cannot restore within three business days after receiving a complete support request. A first purchase may also be cancelled within seven calendar days when the premium service has not been substantially used.
When a refund is not normally available
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, refunds are not normally provided for change of mind after substantial use of personalized calculations, reports, downloads, or membership features; for inaccurate birth information supplied by the customer; or for dissatisfaction with an astrological interpretation. Astrology content is provided for reflection and entertainment and does not guarantee an outcome.
Cancellations and renewals
A customer may cancel a renewing membership from the account billing area or by contacting support before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. A renewal refund may be requested within 48 hours of the renewal when no premium feature has been used since that renewal.
How to request a refund
Email hello@zodiaro.com within the applicable period with the account email, payment date, amount, currency, and transaction reference. Do not send a full card number, bank password, PIN, or one-time code. You may also call +92 320 5383606 during Pakistan business hours.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Zodiaro normally initiates an approved refund within seven business days; the payment provider or receiving bank may need additional time to post it.
